Wa alaikumus salaam warahmatullahi wabarakaatuh, The initial heirs of a deceased person are as follows: Spouse, Children, Father and Mother. (Brothers and sisters are entitled to inherit in the absence of parents and children. Wasiyat or will can be made as well, but according to Shariah it will only be valid when it is made in favour of those who do not inherit. The fact that you are making the will in favour of your heirs just to assure that every heir gets what he/she deserves according to Shariah after your demise, your case will not govern by the principle of will. In fact it is just a precautionary measure and not a will.
